Prepare For Your Trip

Each passenger may bring one piece of hand luggage into the cabin, measuring 55x40x20 cm and weighing no more than 10 kg. In addition to this, passengers may also carry one of the following items:

• A handbag, purse, or wallet, provided it is suitable for travel and not used to carry items that would otherwise be considered part of their hand luggage allowance.
• A coat, jacket, or travel blanket.
• An umbrella or walking stick.
• A small camera and/or a pair of binoculars.
• A reasonable amount of reading material for the journey.
• A reasonable amount of baby food for the journey.
• A foldable baby stroller, or:
  • A small hand-held item (each passenger may only bring one into the cabin).
  • A carrycot or bassinet for transporting infants.
• A foldable wheelchair and/or:
  • A pair of crutches.
  • Orthopedic braces or any other prosthetic device essential for the passenger.

Contact us if you need to bring a guide dog as a guide or for emotional support.

Checked baggage on One Airways flights must not exceed a weight of 23 kg, and the total of its width, height, and length must not exceed 158 cm. If you have luggage with larger dimensions, please don't hesitate to contact us—we'll be happy to find a solution that suits your needs.

If you wish to travel with large-sized musical instruments or sporting equipment such as skis, golf clubs, or other large-sized equipment, please contact us. We will provide assistance with your special luggage.
