One Airways had successfully transitioned to the ISO 9001:2015 certification which specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization.

•    Needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

•    Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

One Airways is the first air transport company in Spain to fulfill the ISO 9001:2015 requirements and has been audited by SGS.  Some of the benefits of this new new standard are:

The new ISO 9001:2015 audit and evaluation confirms that One Airways ´s SMS is supported by on-going improvement processes that foster a sustainable and proactive safety culture throughout the company; ensuring safety management activities are fully integrated into our company.
